Can I cancel my order?
Since all garments are custom designed and produced, we don't accept changes/cancellations once the manufacturing process has started. We offer a 2 day grace period from time of payment, you may only cancel the order within this 2 day window and we will issue you a full refund. Please email us at sales@apexapparel.com.au
What do I do if garments arrived damaged or have defects?
We have a strict quality control process in place to ensure all our products are of the highest quality and free from defects. In the rare case this happens, we ask that you take photos and records and send back to Apex Apparel for further inspection and replacement. Replacement of defected products will take approx. 4 to 6 weeks and there will be no additional cost to you. Please email us at sales@apexapparel.com.au
What do I do if the garments are the wrong size?
We ask that you take extreme care when choosing sizes and refer to our size charts on our website, as these are custom made to order, we are unable to exchange for incorrect sizing.
