Shipping policy

APEX APPAREL offers free delivery for all Custom Apparel Orders totaling $500 or more - for orders under $500 your items will be sent Express via Australia Post and the fee is $15.

When will I receive my delivery?

Your order will be completed and shipped in approx. 4 to 6 weeks from date of payment, in some cases we may be able to deliver sooner but please allow a minimum of 4 weeks.

What if my delivery is unsuccessful?

All our orders are delivered by Australia Post. You will be provided with tracking details once the order has been fulfilled, please refer to the Australia Post website for possible updates on delays or missed deliveries. In the event that your order is returned to Apex Apparel due to unsuccessful delivery, a delivery cost will be charged if the order needs to be re-sent.
