What is Sublimation?

Sublimation shirt printing is an advanced technique for transferring designs onto textile materials such as polyester or polyester blends.

This process utilizes special transfer paper and heat, causing the ink to vaporize into the fabric to create a permanent, durable image that won't crack or peel.

It involves a higher cost than other shirt printing methods, but offers a longer-lasting result.

We offer an array of designs with unlimited colors to choose from. All clothing is customized and made to order so you are able to design and personalize your garments giving you a unique and original look. All garments are produced using high quality materials directly from our suppliers in China. We are a family owned and operated company based in South West Sydney, we take pride in our products and service and will guarantee a pleasant experience every time.

How do I design and order Custom Clothing through APEX Apparel?

Sublimation - Firstly, decide if you would like Apex Apparel to create a customized design based on your inspo or choose from our vast array of existing designs, our existing designs can be customized to your liking, including changing colors, mascots, logo placements, sponsors etc your 1st design edit is free!

Existing Apex Apparel Designs - We do not charge design fees when editing your first existing Apex Apparel design, however charges apply for additional artwork if you are not happy with the 1st design or have a change of mind, a flat fee of $20 will be charged to modify a 2nd existing Apex Apparel design, this will be discussed prior to starting artwork and must be paid upfront.

NEW DESIGNS - Every great custom design starts with time, creativity, and attention to detail. To give you a design that’s truly unique, we may charge a small design fee (average $30–$50, capped at $100). This not only values the artistic work that goes into your project but also ensures you receive a professional, high-quality design that’s ready to bring to life. Please allow up to 1 to 5 days to deliver your custom artwork. 

This will be discussed prior to starting artwork and must be paid upfront.

Ready to Wear - Please reach out to us with your enquiry via phone, email or enquiry form, provide any logos, images or text you would like to personalise your garments with and placements, we will create mocks up for you to review and approve, there is no fee for this service. 

Can I change the design/order after it has been confirmed?

We allow up to 2 days after the design/order has been finalized to change design and/or to edit order quantities. The production process will start after this time and unfortunately at this point, the design/order can not be changed. It is possible to add additional garments to the order within 2 days. Please email us at sales@apexapparel.com.au  

You can place an order for additional garments after the start of production, we will prioritise the 2nd order for express completion, however this may not be possible at times and may be sent after your initial order. 

How do I pay for my order?

We accept most payments methods including Debit Cards, M’Card, Visa, AMEX and Direct Bank Transfer. We also accept PayPal however this payment option will incur an additional fee of 2%. We will send you an Invoice with instructions for payment using our secure online portal. Please note that we do not retain your payment details.

Can I cancel my order?

Since all garments are custom designed and produced, we don't accept changes/cancellations once the manufacturing process has started. We offer a 2 day grace period, you may only cancel the order within this 2 day window and we will issue you a full refund. Please email us at sales@apexapparel.com.au  

When will I receive my delivery?

Sublimation - ValX - Once design and payment is confirmed, your order will be produced and delivered in Approx. 2-3 weeks, subject to seasonal variations. 

Sublimation - CORE & ELITE -  Once design and payment is confirmed, your order will be produced and delivered in Approx. 4-6 weeks, subject to seasonal variations.

Ready to Wear - Your order will be completed and shipped in approx. 1 to 2 weeks - subject to seasonal variations, in some cases we may be able to delivery sooner but please allow a minimum of 1 week.

If for some unforeseen reason your delivery doesn't arrive by the maximum date range, Ready to Wear - 2 weeks; Sublimation - 6 weeks, Apex Apparel will refund 10% of the order total as a gesture of goodwill. 

What if my delivery is unsuccessful?

All our orders are delivered by Australia Post. You will be provided with tracking details once the order has been fulfilled, please refer to the Australia Post website for possible updates on delays or missed deliveries. In the event that your order is returned to Apex Apparel due to unsuccessful delivery, a delivery cost will be charged if the order needs to be re-sent. 

What do I do if garments arrived damaged or have defects?

We have a strict quality control process in place to ensure all our products are of the highest quality and free from defects. In the rare case this happens, we ask that you take photos and records and send back to Apex Apparel for further inspection and replacement. Replacement of defected products will take approx. 3 to 4 weeks and there will be no additional cost to you. Please email us at sales@apexapparel.com.au  

What do I do if the garments are the wrong size?

We ask that you take extreme care when choosing sizes and refer to our size charts on our website, as these are custom made to order, we are unable to exchange for incorrect sizing.

How do I re-order?

Please reach out to us via email at sales@apexapparel.com.au or call us on 1300 100 386 and we will process a new order using your existing design.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
