Size Guide - We highly advise reviewing the size chart in the product images thoroughly before ordering, as we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or reprints for items ordered in the wrong size. If unsure, measure a garment you already wear and compare those measurements to our size guides.

PNG file with a transparent background - If you cannot remove the background, please contact us.

Printing full-color photographs with a background is acceptable.

Save the image at the highest resolution possible, preferably 300 DPI (Dots per inche), and in the largest size to allow for resizing if needed - Lower quality images are usable, but they will impact the final product.

Maximum print area is 36 cm wide by 46 cm high.

Artwork Placements - Unless specified otherwise, artwork will be positioned according to the guidelines shown in the product images.

Print Variations on Garments - The fabric composition, weights, and dyes used can impact the overall print result. This can happen with any print method and is not considered a defective print. These variations can occur not only between different brands but also within the same brand.

Colour Discrepancies - Please be aware that actual garment colors may differ from what you see on your screen due to variations in monitor displays.

Colour Reproduction - The colors in your artwork may appear different on screen compared to how they print. This is due to viewing colors in two different mediums.

QR Codes - Make sure that any QR code artwork is saved at a high resolution to ensure it functions correctly.
